You can get a  rotary clothesline cover for this particular model. The covers are an excellent add-on, offering really good protection for your washing when it's raining, but also on those sunny days, it can act as an umbrella and offer a good spot of shade in the backyard, as well.

You could also add some pegs to your cover or clothesline order. Hills do make a fantastic range of pegs that are very, very durable, with a nice wide rubber, stainless steel grip for durability. They are always a great add-on for your brand new clothesline.

The diameter of the head of this particular model is four metres right across. We do recommend allowing a five metre space across if you can. This will just give it half a metre all the way around the clothesline of clearance just to allow the clothesline to rotate nice and freely.

It's a full galvanized steel frame with a galvanized steel wire. It has an aluminum crank case and steel handle, and the internal gearing mechanism is made up of plastic gearing and aluminum. Of course, this model is backed by Hills' 10-year warranty.
