What Is The Difference Between The Hills Heritage Hoist And The Hills Supa A Hoist?
Are There Differences Between The Hills Heritage Hoist And The Hills Supa A Hoist Units?
Well, essentially, the Hills Supa A clothesline is your budget version and is a little bit more basic than the Heritage Hoist model. If you look at the images on the Hills Supa A4 Product Page, you'll find that it has a black plastic crank case and handle, and the arm construction is a little bit different as well.
Similarly, the Hills Heritage Hoist still has the full galvanized steel frame, yet it has the higher quality aluminum crank case and steel handle. Plus the arm construction is much more heavy-duty. You'll find that there are steel loops on top of the arms that the wire passes through.
Alternatively, on the cheaper version, the Supa A of the Hills Supa A range, they do have the holes punched into the arms, so the wire passes through the arms. So, basically, with the Heritage model, it's definitely more durable. There's not a huge difference in price either, so the Heritage tends to be the more popular model.
