Can the Austral Compact 28 clothesline be ground mounted on a down side sloping block, against a colour bond fence?

It is possible to mount the Austral Compact 28 on a slope, but it really depends on how steep that slope is.

You can pretty much put a clothesline where you want but you have to picture you standing in front of it putting the washing on it... is that going to be easy or difficult with the slope that you have?
